Description

1. Replacement of a failing CPU for the existing building monitoring system for the USAG Baumholder, Germany and conversion of data points of the existing system, make Fa. Rudolf Messner, direct, virgin, without any additional servers or converters. The new system shall be designed as OPEN building monitoring system that is NOT bound to a specific manufacturer. 2. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days with a 30 days commencement time after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. 3. The magnitude of the construction work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. 4. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 May 2014 with an anticipated bid opening of approximately 10 June 2014. The solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Theater Contracting Center, USAG Rheinland Pfalz. 6. Work will be performed in Germany. Contractors must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
