- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a solicitation requesting proposals for the supply of Printing and Graphic services. The successful offeror shall be responsible for providing a full range of mission support services to Printing and Graphics headquarters and field location personnel and other DHS organizational elements under this requirement. A detailed statement of work will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP)/ solicitation. DHS CBP intends to conduct this procurement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The issuance of the RFP/solicitation will result in a single award firm fixed price contract. The resultant contract's period of performance will consist of a twelve (12) month base period followed by four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The anticipated award date is late June 2014. The RFP/solicitation will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov. A hard copy solicitation will not be issued. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the RFP/solicitation will only be available on the FedBizOpps website. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps for the release of the solicitation and any amendments that follow. Additionally, offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP/solicitation and all attachments when posted.
