The work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction and limited design categories (i.e., removing and replacing bollards, installation of Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) barriers, painting and striping of base roads, paving of roads and parking lots, airfield rubber removal, landscaping, etc.). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plants, transportation, equipment, and services to accomplish all work in strict accordance with any attached drawings, specifications, and Statement of Work. The Government anticipates awarding a two to four(2-4) Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contracts. The U.S. Government intends on awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The magnitude of this solicitation is More than $10,000,000.. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is within 30 days after issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website atwww.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the website for the release of the solicitation package and updated information. This notice does not obligate the US Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the US Government in its acquisition approach, nor does it obligate the US Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Notice to Offerors IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION. DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY; AS REQUIRED BY THE DEFENSE AND ECONOMIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT, SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT 3, ARTICLE VI.
