Description

Sources Sought Notice The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), on behalf of the Salisbury VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought notice to seek small business sources for Planmeca PlanScan CAD/CAM System for restorative dentistry (formerly known as E4D NEVO). New equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer's warranty. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified small businesses. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic set aside if feasible. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339114, Size Standard: 500 Employees, and the Classification code is 6520. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties should submit with their response with the following information: Company name, POC information, DUN#, business size, and business SBA classification(s). Please email this information to dori.dabbs2@va.gov no later than10:00 AM EST, April 22, 2014. Phone inquiries will not be accepted.
