- NSN 1560-01-512-1851, PR 52911757, solicitation SPE4A714R2147,; Item: Fairing, Aircraft for Apache AH-64 Helicopter. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Approved Sources are Cox & Cox (CAGE98085), P/N: 6110-142 and Boeing Company P/N: 7-511140175-102. Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 12 each. This item has Configuration Control requirement. The Production requested delivery is 255 days ARO. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP.
