- The NOAA Ship NANCY FOSTER, Charleston, South Carolina, has a requirement for a vendor to - To Perform Naval Architect Services for Transducer Systems Designs in accordance with the Statement of Work, and drawings. Interested offerors can email linda.mullen@noaa.gov for copies of drawings and manuals. Time of Delivery is within Schedule shown in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM): www.sam.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is C216 and NAICS Code is 541330, small business size standard is $35.5 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
