- ****Sources Sought only**** ****Deadline: NOON on Monday, April 28, 2014 **** POC GLUCOMETERS FOR VISN 3 This Sources Sought notice is not a solicitation. The VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) is seeking sources that can provide POC GLUCOSE TESTING on a cost per test basis for inpatients and outpatients. VISN3 runs approximately 1,000,000+ POC inpatient glucose tests per year and 2,000,000 + POC outpatient strips per year. Compatability Requirements a.Glucometer and data management system must i.be in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements ii.be compatible with Windows 7 b.VISN3 3rd party server compatibility i.Data Innovations ii.RALS 1 c.HL-7 interface must be bi-directional. d.Data must be erased once it has successfully been uploaded to the main server. e.Must have capability of generating error logs and reports. f.The Glucometer must be utilized via a wired docking solution,. g.Glucometers must be FIPS compliant for wireless data transmission All interested parties should provide the following information via e-mail (or through EBuy) only to the Contracting Officer by the stated deadline: 1.Comprehensive information about the relevant products and services offered 2.Capability statement 3.Company Point of Contact information Response date (Deadline): For planning and scheduling purposes, to insure being included in our market research for this product, responses must be received no later than NOON on Monday, April 28, 2014 Time permitting, responses received after that date may be included in our research but cannot be guaranteed.
