PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR FULL SOLICITATION. ***SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 31, 2014 AT 11:00 AM*** *************************************************************** Please make note of the following changes: The site visit is tentatively scheduled for March 31, 2014 at 11:00 am. Details will be available in the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price of this award is between $150,000 and $250,000. **************************************************************** The Southwest Idaho and Nevada Acquisition Center anticipates awarding a contract for remodel of a portion of the Krassel District Office, Payette National Forest, located in McCall, Idaho. The scope of work for the remodel consists of the following: Constructing an Office Space Addition to the existing Krassel District Office Building. The facility is located in McCall, Idaho on the USDA Payette National Forest. The project includes demolition of the north end of the existing Krassel District Office and preparation for new construction. It includes the construction of a new North West entrance and 4 new office spaces in an addition. The project includes the installation of new HVAC systems, plumbing systems for roof drainage, the construction of stairs and a concrete pad at the north entrance. The project shall meet all ABA accessibility guidelines and standards. Specifications and drawings are attached to this presolicitation. A formal solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about March 19, 2014 for viewing and printing. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for March 18, 2014at 11:00 am. Details will be available in the solicitation. Anticipated start date is May 8, 2014.
