- Attachment B Attachment A Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Any resultant contract will be a Requirements Type Contract with Economic Price Adjustment with a period of performance from date of award through 1 July 2014. Line Item 0001 is for 27,000 gallons (USG) of DIESEL FUEL NSN: 9140-01-556-9156. This line item SHALL conform to commercial specification EN 590:2009+A1:2010. Delivery is FOB Destination via truck to Kadaga Ādažu Novads, Ādaži Municipality, Latvia 2103. More specifics will be included in the subsequent contract. The quantity required will be split into several separate delivery dates during the period of performance. The first delivery will be required during normal delivery hours on or around 30 April 2014. Delivery hours are from 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday. All delivery trucks must be equipped with pump and have SERIALLY NUMBERED SEALS. Delivery will be into 1/40,000 gallon in ground fuel tank. Hoses leading into the tank are male 9cm; therefore the truck must have a Female 9cm port to dispense fuel. Fuel deliveries will need to be coordinated prior to arrival. Under any resultant contract and before, the first delivery, the contractor shall provide each drivers name, Government issued ID and work documentation. **PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS FOR FULL DETAILS**
