- The National Park Service has a requirement to provide custodial services at Joseph Canyon Viewpoint which is approx. 30 miles north of Enterprise, Oregon on Highway 3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number P14PS00800 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561720, Janitorial Services and the business standard is $16.5M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clausees in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-72, effective January 30, 2014. Base period from May 1 - October 31, 2014 CLIN 0001) Provide all material, supplies, equipment, and labor to perform custodial service in accordance to the attached Statement of Work and work schedule for Joseph Canyon Overlook. Please provide a per day price. CLIN 0002) Snow, ice, and feces removal. This is a per hour rate which will start and end from the address you provide. If snow or ice removal is required on a day that is schedued for custodial services, then the total hours will not include travel time. Option Year #1 from Spring 2015 - October 31, 2015. CLIN 0003) Same as CLIN 0001 ClIN 0004) Same as CLIN 0002 Option Year #2 from Spring 2016 - October 31, 2016. CLIN 0005) Same as CLIN 0001 CLIN 0006) Same as CLIN 0002 Option Year #3 from Spring 2017 to October 31, 2017.
