- ***ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, MONTY TEASLEY, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: monty.d.teasley.civ@mail.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. Amended to change from restricted sources to open for competition. Request for written quotation for NOUN: Delay Line, Radio Fr., PRON: D14H5267D1, NSN: 1430-01-092-0599, PN: 10272594, Quantity: 26 each minimum / 146 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to the Patriot System (D6). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801. Required delivery with Government Tested First Article is 26 each, 95 Days After Contract Award. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
