- SPE4A7-14-R-1864 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 003 each of NSN 1560-01-418-8985, RIB, AIRFOIL. This is used on the B-52 Aircraft. Source Approval Statement applies to this part. This item is identified by the following Part Numbers: THE BOEING CO., CAGE 81205, Part Number: 1-75012-31 TECT AEROSPACE, CAGE 34336, Part Number: 1-75012-31 MONROE MACHINED PRODUCTS, CAGE 7F311 Part Number: 1-75012-31 This item is Source-Restricted to the above companies and the award is expected to be made to one of those companies. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material can use the TDP to submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. Delivery will be required within 270 Days after Receipt of Order for the production items. Item Unique Identifier (IUID) is required for this item. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. This is an Air Force Designated Critical Safety Item, CSI. An Electronic MYLAR Drawing forms a part of the Export Controlled Technical Data Package provided with this material. If unable to use the Data in the electronic format the Contractor will be responsible for having the data converted to the necessary format, i.e. MYLAR Film. The MYLAR will be included in the Bidset provided by DLA Aviation. The RFP will be available after May 4, 2014, on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
