- The synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to purchase on a sole source basis one the following items from Opsens, Inc., 2014 Rue Cyrille-Duquet Bureau 125, Quebec, Canada GIN 4N6: Qty. 6 - OEC-100ST-ST-60.0D6-STM - Military grade optical extension cables, 6 fiber bundle, 60 meters long (ST-ST male, 100 um core Qty. 50 - ACC-100ST - ST connectors, 100 um core Qty. 230 - OTG-R-10-100ST-1.5TT-XN-XN-R - Fiber optic fast response time temperature probes Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 23 April 2014, no later than 12 Noon (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 15 May 2014. Quotes may be submitted by Email in Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf format to susan.staples@navy.mil or by Fax to: 540-653-0592.
