- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure the following maintenance renewal from ADA Core Technologies, Inc., 104 5th Ave 15th Floor, New York, NY 10011-6901 on a sole source basis to provide application developers with access to vendor support and tools required to develop and test various computer programs. Part #T5:Ada/X86LNX GNAT Pro Ada Native Environment to develop Ada SW (including Ada 2012) for x86 GNU Linux (32 bits) POP 13 April 2014 to 12 April 2015 Part #T5:Ada/X86LNX GNAT Pro Ada Native Environment to develop Ada SW (including Ada 2012) for x86 GNU Linux (32 bits) POP 13 April 2014 to 12 April 2015 All interested vendors must provide documentation along with their quote which clearly states they are an authorized reseller or distributor for the above Ada Core software. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541511 with business value of $25.0M. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please reference synopsis number N00178-14-Q-4344 in your quote. Quotes must be submitted by April 23, 2014 to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6146 Tisdale Road, Suite 235, Bldg 492, Dahlgren Virginia 22448-5158 or faxed to (540) 653-0592, Attention Rita Newman, or email doritha.newman@navy.mil, and phone number (540) 653-7078. If applicable the quote should include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
