Description

Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day per week Wheelchair Transport Services for beneficiaries of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville Campus, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee and the Murfreesboro Campus, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2014 with two optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 485991. Size Standard is $14 million. The solicitation package will be available on or about Monday, May 12, 2014. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with SAM (System Award Management). All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
