Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Guerbet LLC for Lipiodol Ultra-Fluide 10mL ampoule for 80 units, in Portland, OR. NAICS 325412 applies. Please see attached the single source justification that is being posted in accordance with FAR 106-1(b). All responsible sources that are able to provide a therapeutically equivalent drug may submit a capability statement to include quotation to Traci.Montero@va.gov no later than 1500 on April 24, 2014.
