Description

Request for Proposal (RFP) VA263-14-R-2224 Radiopharmaceuticals for Omaha VA Health Care System The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, St. Cloud Minnesota intends to award a requirements contract in accordance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Parts 12 & 17. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 people. The contractor is to provide Radiopharmaceutical products as listed as requested by authorized VA staff. The Government intends to make a single award with a period of performance of date of award for a full year plus one (1) option year period. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued on/about April 18, 2014 and will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) electronic posting system. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and received no later than 10AM CT, May 8, 2014. Questions may be sent by email to : melanie.stockman@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Vendors are reminded that representatives from their company SHALL NOT contact any Nebraska Western Iowa/Omaha personnel to discuss this RFP during this solicitation process. All questions and concerns regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Contracting Officer. No web based proposals or faxes will be accepted.
