Description

Due to an inadvertent Government failure to request that one technically acceptable offeror submit a Final Proposal Revision, the Government has determined that that particular offeror should be provided with the opportunity to submit a Final Proposal Revision and that the other technically acceptable offerors also be provided with an opportunity to update their Final Proposal Revisions, if they choose to do so. This amendment is to notify all technically acceptable offerors to submit their Final Proposal Revision and technical refresh (including quotes with expanded descriptions for each delivery destination) or updated Final Proposal Revision for VISN 2, NLT the common cut-off date of 5/1/14 at 4:30PM/CST. If your previous response is your final response, please say so.
