The Pre-Solicitation Notice VA246-14-R-0318 is amended to reflect the following changes: 1. The bolded information below has been deleted and removed from said notice - Prospective contractors must be able to respond within 120 minutes (2 hours) in response to emergencies via the main office or a staffed satellite office. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside (VOSB).
