- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking sources for the following: Architect and Design services for a Infrastructure Systems and Building for a cryogenic plant. Design services shall include design concept, final design, proposal and ready-for-construction documents. Services shall include cost estimates, design services during construction and record drawings (as-builts). The design shall include site preparation, excavation, disposal of excess spoils, foundation, shell and core, and utilities for planned cyogenic pant, (Cryogenic Plant is not included in design). Exterior improvements include plant yard, exterior tank and equipment pads, environmental mitigation, long-run utilities, road and security fencing relocation, and site restoration. All design work will conform to SLAC, Department of Energy and governing agency requirements. Period of performance estimated from August 2014 thru December 2016. Working location in San Francisco Bay Area is required. Interested firms are requested to register in Interested Vendor portal. This is not a Solicitation or Request for Proposal.
