Description

Contractor shall provide Dental laboratory services from 1 Jun 2014 - 31 May 2015 for a base year with four (4) one year renewable option periods at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. Units and services are to be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Technical Specifications, and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The significant conditions affecting the acquisition are that current services are performed by a local, small business dental laboratory company. Based on market research, this requirement will be competed on FedBizOps (FBO), as a Small Business Set-Aside. The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center has included language in the Performance Work Statement, to ensure all potential offerors have complete knowledge of cost, schedule and performance expectations. The contractor shall furnish all permits, services, materials, labor, supervision, managements, management support, transportation, supplies, and equipment required to provide removable denture laboratory services program at Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center. This program must be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. The RFQ is due to be released on or around April 21, 2014.
