This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation VA246-14-Q-0458, will be issued on or about 21 Apr 2014. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for shredding and recycling services with cardboard buyback for the Durham VAMC, Durham North Carolina and the outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Period of Performance will be a base period and four option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 562111 with a size standard $35.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-aside.
