Description

STATEMENT OF WORK FOR QUATTRO PREMIER THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation of Purchase Request 172-129F-3441 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Items 0001: Waters Quattro Premier XE Mass Spectrometer with Acuity Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph; Quantity: 1, Line Items 0002: Off-Line Mass Lynx Data System Workstation Quantity: 1, Line Items 0003: Installation and Familiarization at the Sandy Utah Location Quantity: 1, Line Items 0004: Extension to One (1) Year warranty with the purchase and installation Quantity: 1, Line Items: 0005: Installation, Line Items: 0006: Warranty. Offers' are required to identify used, reconditioned or remanufactured supplies. In order to be considered for an award, must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable proposal.
