- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999- All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing; Size Standard 750 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. DRAWINGS ARE POSTED ON THE CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. http://www.logcom.marines.mil/Business/Contracts.aspx (see above Solicitation Number). 2.Offerors shall state their proposed delivery schedule. 3. By law, all steel used in the manufacture of these supplies must have been produced in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada. 4.Delivery: Marine Corps Logistics Base, Whse 1330, Door 7, Bay 2, Albany GA 31704. śFOB Destination pricing is preferred/ recommended ť. CLIN 0001: SIXCON TANK 20 ť Manhole Collars, Qty Part Number 3176SL-249 (487 Each), Fabricate in accordance with drawings provided. A first sample may be required for quality and technical compliance approval. If first sample is required the Contractor shall not proceed with full production until sample is approved. The Collars must allow for ventilation and flow inside tank. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
