Description

RFP# ED-FSA-14-R-0012 (PART 2 OF 2) STANDARD FORM (SF) 33 (PART 1 OF 2) The U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA), is conducting Phase I of a two-phase solicitation for Technical Design and Development Services for Iterations 2 and 3 of the Integrated Partner Management (IPM) Initiative in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Department of Education Acquisition Regulation (EDAR) Subpart 3415.302-70. This procurement will be set aside for small businesses under FAR Part 19 and acquired using procedures provided under FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 15. Offerors must submit any questions to this Phase I solicitation via email no later than 12:00PM (Noon) EDT on Monday, April 28, 2014. Any questions after that date will not be considered. No phone calls will be accepted. Offers should be received via email no later than 12:00PM (Noon) EDT on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Please reference Section L (Instructions to Offerors) of the Phase I solicitation for specific details.
