Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Parking Spaces (Total): 300 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved Surface): 300 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease for the Department of Homeland Security in Weslaco, Texas Therefore, the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for 300 secured parking spaces for the Weslaco Border Patrol Station located at 1501 E Expressway 83. Offered parking spaces must meet Government’s security requirements per the terms of the Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning this project with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the General Services Administration’s Contracting Officer or their designee. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: · Physical address and location of the available secured parking spaces · The expected rental rate per Secured Parking Space, fully serviced; and · Date of space availability · Building ownership information; and · List of services provided to the secured parking area The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
