- NCIC FORM DRAWINGS FIRE PUMP SOLICITATION The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Fire Pump Replacement. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333911. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Expected Date of Award is May 12, 21014. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after April 22, 2014, with a due date of May 7, 2014, 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
