- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Region 8), is hereby issuing a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the Operations, Maintenance, and Repair Services for the Colorado Service Center, covering multiple federal properties in downtown Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins, Colorado. The solicitation will pertain to the following Denver properties; the Arraj Courthouse, Byron White Courthouse, Byron Rogers Courthouse, Byron Rogers FOB, New Customs House, California Street Garage, Welton Street Garage, 22 Street Parking Lot; as well as the David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, Colorado, and the Fort Collins FOB. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment for the Operations, Maintenance, and Repair Services for these properties. Services include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, fire protection and life safety systems, building controls, and architectural and structural systems. Approximate Gross Square Footage: Buildings: 2,135,526 Garages: 31,474 Parking Lot: 34,848 The ensuing contract will be a fixed price contract. Period of performance will be one calendar year, plus four one year option periods. This contract will include Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) capability. Contract award date is expected to be on or about 8/15/2014. This competitive procurement is set aside for award to small business only; offers from large businesses will not be considered. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. The size standard for this NAICS code is $35.5 million. Prospective Offerors are required to attend a mandatory 4 day site visit in Colorado. Site visit dates are June 9 th, 2014 through June 12 th, 2014. (Note: dates may be subject to change.) Offerors must preregister for the site visit by May 30, 2015. To preregister, provide full legal names (no nicknames, derivatives, or abbreviations please) of all attendees to jameson.hutton@gsa.gov. No one will be permitted site visit entry unless they have pre-registered. All prospective Offerors are also required to be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of the proposal submission.
