Statement of Work Template Model Contract Section K - Reps & Certs DD Form 254 - Contract Security Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Task Order 0002 Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Task Order 0001 Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Basic IDIQ Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) - Full Solicitation The objective of this contract is to conduct basic, applied, and advanced R&D to advance antenna, electromagnetic (EM), and Plasma Physics technologies that contribute to Global Integrated Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (GIISR), Air/Space Superiority, Global Precision Attack, Hypersonic, and Special Operations. The performer of this contract shall make advances in phenomenology, modeling & simulation, signal processing, system design, system development, and test and evaluation of antennas, EM systems and sensors. The R&D will enhance programs supporting two major products: NexGen RF Sensing for Contested Spectrum Environments and Passive RF Sensing in Anti-Access/Denied Environments.
