- Past Performance questionnaire to DOL141RQ21946. RFQ DOL141RQ21946 The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Procurement Services (OPS), Division III intends to solicit and award a requirement for Administrative Management Support Services, in support of DOL Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). The requirement is for base year period plus four option year periods. Questions to the requirement are accepted with a closing date of April 28 2014. Q&A will be posted on or around April 30, 2014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial Items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested, and written RFQ/solicitation DOL141RQ21946 is attached with this notice. This is a solicitation DOL141RQ21946 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. This acquisition is a total set aside for 8(a) small businesses, SBA certified. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Administrative Management Support Services, as stated in RFQ DOL141RQ21946. In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). Award will be made on the basis of Best Value Trade-off process non-cost factors over price. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, if the Government deems it in the best interest of the Government.
