- Price Table Attachment 1 This attachment represents recents modification to the requirement. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm fixed price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSTS05-14-Q-MCO001 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-72. The NAICS code is 238210 and the Small Business Standard is $14 million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order. 1.0 STATEMENT OF WORK Background The FSD and FSD support staff will use CCTV to monitor and research incidents at TSA controlled Checkpoints and Baggage screening areas at Orlando International Airport (MCO). Connectivity is needed to securely connect the CCTV system at Orlando International Airport (MCO) to TSA leased space at the Citadel, 5850 T.G. Lee Blvd., Suite 610, Orlando FL 32822. Outcome desired The purpose of this effort to procure secured connectivity service that will connect the CCTV system at Orlando International Airport (MCO) to three workstations in TSA leased space at 5850 T.G. Lee Blvd., Suite 610, Orlando, FL 32822. The DMARK for access to CCTV system at MCO will be provided by the Greater Orlando Airport Authority (GOAA). The contractor shall call Lou Felker, GOAA IT at 407-825-3501 for DMARK location. The contractor shall perform the work between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday thru Friday. To access TSA controlled space, contractor shall call Horace McMorrow 407-563-4060 to arrange access. For GOAA controlled space, the contractor shall call Lou Felker, GOAA IT, 407-825-3501 to arrange access. The contractor shall pull all required permits, if require by Orlando City Government and comply with GOAA insurance requirements. For information on permits, contact Orlando City Government 407-246-2271. GOAA insurance requirements call 407 825-2369. Connectivity service is to be provided on monthly basis for the duration of the contract. Contract is for a 12 month with an additional 12 month option beginning May 1, 2014 with an end date of April 30, 2016 (NTE 24 months). Billing of service is to be done monthly. Technical Requirements for Connectivity VPN • 75 MB (megabytes) minimum upload data speed, prefer 100MB (megabytes) upload data speed to be used for live video feed 75MB (megabytes) minimum download data speed, prefer 100MB (megabytes) download data speed to be used for live video feed • Equipment to be provided by vendor to support connectivity from Orlando international Airport (MCO) to TSA leased space at the Citadel, 5850 T.G. Lee Blvd., Suite 610, Orlando FL 32822 • cannot use any TSA secured infrastructure • Secured network • Cabling type may vary for connectivity from MCO to TSA leased space located at the Citadel. Distance from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to TSA leased space at the Citadel is approximately 4.0 miles. Provide monthly service for secured connectivity. All services, hardware and/or software provided under this task order must be compliant with DHS 4300A DHS Sensitive System Policy Directive, DHS 4300A Sensitive Systems Handbook., TSA MD 1400.3 Information Technology Security Policy, TSA IT Security Policy Handbook and Technical Standards. 2.0 Pricing Table See attached price table. *The quoted price must be inclusive of all parts, labor, permitting, installation services, as well as parking and badging, required to meet the entire scope of work as outlined in the attached SOW. Any items/services not under contract shall be annotated on your quotation. The following clauses/provisions are hereby incorporated (No addenda are attached).
