Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source with SIEMENS, to provide all movers, installers, and specialized personnel to perform de-installation and re-installation of the Radiography and Fluoroscopy units from the Mayaguez Outpatient old clinic to the new Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The GSA contract with this company does not provide for these services. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS 484210 with a size standard of $25.5M. No solicitation document is available.
