Description

RFI for Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN)/Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for market research purposes that will assist in the planning and procurement of services for the Defense Red Switch Network in Hawaii, Japan, and Korea. Please answer all questions in Attachment 1_RFI for Red Switch Network and submit all responses via email to Ms. Marie Tanaka at marie.tanaka@us.af.mil by 4:00 PM HST on Wednesday, 7 May 2014. DISCLAIMER: This constitutes as preliminary market research and is issued for informational and planning purposes only. Market research information will be used to identify qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources and commercial practices in support of the government's requirements. In accordance with FAR 15.201 (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a request for proposal. It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any products or services.
