- Vendor Set Up Packet The basement area is provided with five exhaust fans: one for the weight room, one each for the two locker rooms, one for the kiln room, and one for the aerobics room. There is no source for makeup air, so the exhaust fans are only able to remove a small amount of infiltration air. Project: Weight Room and Aerobics Room is Poorly Ventilated Deficiency Number: 79770 The basement area is provided with five exhaust fans: one for the weight room, one each for the two locker rooms, one for the kiln room, and one for the aerobics room. There is no source for makeup air, so the exhaust fans are only able to remove a small amount of infiltration air. Provide design and construction services to supply makeup air to the aerobics room and weight room which is adjacent to the mechanical room. Replace existing system with a makeup air unit with a steam coil. Extend the supply duct from the existing exhaust grille in the aerobics room into the weight room. This run is approximately 50 LF of insulated duct. Provide supply air grilles in the supply duct directing makeup air into the aerobics room and the weight room. Contractor shall provide its own security for tools or materials used. Contractor shall haul away all construction site debris from the center. Contractor shall complete the project in an orderly and timely manner. Ensure that safety precautions are adhered to Subcontractor must provide installers who have successfully completed the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and are fully covered by workers' compensation and the contracting company general liability insurance. 　 　 Subcontractor must abide by NJCC Security rules and regulations regarding work hours and center vendor reporting. There is a mandatory walk through meeting at 11:00 am, May 29, 2014 at the Northlands Job Corps Center-Administration Building Conference Room. "This Is A Subcontracting Opportunity"
