- To Potential Offeror's: There will be an Additional Site Inspection and briefing that will be conducted on April 30, 2014 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the S.M. Stoller office, 11025 Dover Street, Suite 1000, Westminster, Colorado (108th & Wadsworth). Interested firms shall check in at the front desk, and you will be directed to the conference room Attendees will sign an attendance sheet at the briefing. If you are planning on attending this Site Visit please RSVP to: Contracts@lm.doe.gov and by 4:30 April 28, 2014. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Additional Site Inspection and briefing the change of the Procurement Plan Dates will be as Follows: Issue Solicitation: Thursday - April 3, 2014 Pre-award briefing/tour - Tuesday - April 14, 2014 Additional Pre-award briefing/tour - April 30, 2014 Questions & Answers - ALL DUE - Friday, May 2, 2014 NOTE: All previous Q&A and any additional will all be addressed on the May 5, 2014 Addendum.
