Description

Please see attached Request for Proposal VA257-14-R-0906 and attachments for the requirements of this solicitation. Proposals are expected to include: "Contractor's information included in block 17a of the SF 1449 "Authorized Contractor's signature block completed in blocks 30 of the SF 1449 "Proposed offer price entered in the Schedule of the solicitation "Guarantee or warranty period entered in VAAR Clause 852.246-70 "Completed Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 3) "Completed Equipment Proposal Form (Attachment 4) "Acknowledgement of any amendments distributed during the solicitation Offerors may submit a proposal in their own format; however the proposal must include all of the relevant requested items asked for in the solicitation and must be in a word document or PDF format. A site visit has been scheduled for project on 30 April 2014 at 2:00 PM; see additional information after FAR provision 52.237-1 for the site visit details. Questions asked during this solicitation must be in writing. Questions may be provided to the government representative attending the site visit or be directed to the POC listed for this solicitation. All questions are requested to be asked by 1 May 2014. See the solicitation for the expected closing time.
