- Project: Building Entrance and Toilet Room Accessible Deficiencies Vendor Set Up Forms Project: Building Entrance and Toilet Room Accessible Deficiencies Deficiency Number: 43514 All building entrances are not ADA accessible (ADAAG 4.3). The toilet rooms are not ADA accessible (ADAAG 4.1, 4.22) Reconstruct the concrete sidewalk at the entrance to slope from the stone finish porch to the main sidewalk. Convert the current men's toilet room into a unisex accessible room. Remove the two stalls; replace the fixtures with accessible fixtures. Provide grab bar for toilet area. Remove the entrance door and frame and install a new 3' x 7 'door and frame Contractor shall provide its own security for tools or materials used. Contractor shall haul away all construction site debris from the center. Contractor shall complete the project in an orderly and timely manner. Ensure that safety precautions are adhered to Subcontractor must provide installers who have successfully completed the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and are fully covered by workers' compensation and the contracting company general liability insurance. 　 　 　 　 　 Subcontractor must abide by NJCC Security rules and regulations regarding work hours and center vendor reporting. "This Is A Subcontracting Opportunity" There is a mandatory walk through meeting at 10:00 am, May 29, 2014 at the Northlands Job Corps Center-Administration Building Conference Room.
