- Description
- The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a request for proposal for a bridge contract with Engineering Services Network. This bridge contract will be for a three month base period plus one three-month option period for Combat System Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) Services. The work includes support for the d evelopment and provisioning of CSOSS packages to ships and shore sites; CSOSS engineering, technical and computer programming services; development and maintenance of the CSOSS products distribution lists; life cycle maintenance of CSOSS products and program processes; responding to CSOSS technical feedback reports; CSOSS library maintenance; and CSOSS Style Guides maintenance. The work requires a SECRET clearance for personnel and a SECRECT clearance for facility. This bridge contract will allow the Government to have continuity of services to meet critical CSOSS requirements and allow for the proper execution and award of the follow-on contract, which is currently being solicited in the SeaPort-e portal under solicitation N00024-14-R-3295. Engineering Services Network (from Arlington, Virginia) is the only contractor who can technically and functionally continue this critically needed support without any disruption of service. No other contractor can prepare a proposal and meet the security requirement to perform these services without a transition period. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541330 and the size standard is $35,500,000. The anticipated date of bridge contract award is on, or about, 01 November 2014. Note 22 apply.
