- NSN 1560-00-949-2087; UNRESTRICTED; Adapter, Pressure, Fuel. Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Quantity: 873 each. Inspection and Acceptance: Origin. FOB: Origin, to Stock Location. Requested Delivery: 203 Days ARO; Electronic Offers are not acceptable. Griswold Industries, cage 86184, Parker-Hannifin, cage 99321 and Eaton Industrial, cage 0DT23 are approved sources for this item. This is not a Commercial tem. QPL - 25896 Applies. Provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction applies. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaavnrevauc@dla.mil to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The solicitation issue date is May 9, 2014.
