- Instructions to Offers and Evaluation Criteria Addendums RFQ with Price List Salient Characteristics of Requirements 28th Contracting Squadron: 1000 Ellsworth Dr. Suite 1200 Ellsworth AFB, SD 57710 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: MIDS Mobile Ground Station Support Equipment (Qty 1): • Cooling air supply (45cfm) • Power supply (280VDC) • Terminal Control unit • All cables and connectors to connect the above equipment to a MDS-LVT 6 radio • Plug and Play setup for a MDS-LVT 6 radio • 12 Month Parts Warranty • BRAND NAME OR EQUAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ A-FY14-OG-Mobile-Ground-Station-RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price technically acceptable. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7 to be eligible for award. This procurement is being issued as FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334419 with 500 employees size standard applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 28th Operations Group/DOT, Attn: Lt Col Tobin Anderson, 1956 Scott Drive, Suite 1, ELLSWORTH AFB, SD 57706. The contractor must provide all required MIDS Mobile System Support Equipment, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, as described in the salient characteristics in Attachment 1. Information for the System Interface Control Document for the referenced MIDS-LVT 6 Radio will be e-mailed directly upon request. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring www.FBO.gov frequently for any amendments to any and all documents. All quotes must be submitted via email to kathleen.green@us.af.mil. The proposed closing date for the response is 2 May 2014, 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). All contractors must return the completed Request for Quote, Attachment 2.
