Description
The Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) International C4I Integration Program Management Office (PMW 740) and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intend to hold an Industry Day to provide status of PMW 740s execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases in support of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). Industry Day will be held in San Diego, CA, on 22 May 2014 at The MITRE Corporation located at 2280 Historic Decatur Road, Suite 100. The purpose of this Industry Day is to discuss PMW 740s RSNF FMS case requirements and to provide information regarding PMW 740s current strategy for meeting those requirements. (Note: PMW 740 does not currently have any Saudi Naval Expansion Program (SNEP) II requirements and no information related to SNEP II has been announced by either Saudi Arabia or Navy International Programs Office (IPO) at this time.) History of previous/current RSNF requirements will be provided along with the scope of current case SR-P-SBQ. The presentation will include a high-level explanation of current contract strategy; no documentation (e.g., Statements of Work, source selection information) is available at this time, and may not be available before Industry Day. There will also be an opportunity for contractors to ask questions and provide comments in an open forum; questions and comments posed during the open forum will be addressed by the U.S. Government to the degree possible. THERE WILL BE NO ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS FOLLOWING THE U.S GOVERNMENT PRESENTATION. All questions and answers from Industry Day will be made publicly available on the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central website (http://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil) and SeaPort-e website following Industry Day. Attendance will be limited to two (2) representatives per company or Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code; all attendees must be U.S. citizens. Interested parties must register in advance by sending an e-mail request to Kristin Ferguson at kristin.ferguson@navy.mil. The e-mail request shall include the company name, CAGE code, the name of each attendee, and confirmation that the attendees are U.S. citizens. No reservations will be accepted after 20 May 2014. Attendees will be required to show picture identification at check-in. If any changes need to be made as to individual participants, please contact Kristin Ferguson at kristin.ferguson@navy.mil to update registration information accordingly. Only those attendees who have registered prior to the 20 May 2014 deadline will be admitted. All participants will be required to check-in prior to Industry Day. Information on the time for both check-in and the Industry Day presentation will be provided at a later date. No cameras, tape recorders, or other reproduction devices are allowed during Industry Day.
