Description

The deck planks, lattice and steps of the buildings front porch are deteriorated Vendor Set Up Pcket Project: Front Porch Deterioration Deficiency Number: 82848 The deck planks, lattice and steps of the buildings front porch are deteriorated Remove the existing deck planks, lattice and steps. Replace the deck with 2" x 8" planks- pressure treated deck boards. Replace the lattice with 1" x 4"-pressure treated lattice. Rebuild the 7 riser steps with pressure treated lumber. Repaint the entire porch to match the building's existing color scheme. Contractor shall provide its own security for tools or materials used. Contractor shall haul away all construction site debris from the center. Contractor shall complete the project in an orderly and timely manner. Ensure that safety precautions are adhered to Subcontractor must provide installers who have successfully completed the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and are fully covered by workers' compensation and the contracting company general liability insurance. Subcontractor must abide by NJCC Security rules and regulations regarding work hours and center vendor reporting. There is a mandatory walk through meeting at 10:00 am, May 29, 2014 at the Northlands Job Corps Center-Administration Building Conference Room. "This Is A Subcontracting Opportunity"
