- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912NR-14-Q-0015. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64, DFARS Change Notice 20130228. This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside and the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 721110 and small business size standard is 30 million. The Louisiana Army National Guard requires the following: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001. Contractor shall provide lodging accommodations for the following; lodging for 272 campers per night. Check-in 11 June 2014; Check-out 20 June 2014. See statement of work for requirements. Recreational activities shall be provided per attached statement of work. Catered Meals shall be as follows: 11-20 June 2014 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner 260ea per. Request For Information (RFI): Interested offerors must submit RFIs to Crystal Stiles 318-290-5982 crystal.l.stiles2.mil@mail.mil or David Bourgeois 318-290-5933 david.l.bourgeois4.mil@mail.mil concerning the solicitation by 30 April, 10:00 a.m. CST... Those RFIs not received within the prescribed date will not be considered. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Delivery with delivery being more important. Camp is located within 150 miles of Armed Forces Reserve Center, 8110 GSRI Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70820. 2. All items on Statement of Work shall be met.
