- Reference North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 322219 Fiber Drum Lok-Rim, 67-Gallon IAW Government purchase description. This will be provided along with the Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-14-T-3013 solicitation. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island objective is to award a Firm-Fixed Price unfunded one-year requirements contract. Future orders will be placed against funded delivery orders on an as-needed basis. The end user is the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, OK. FOB Destination McAlester, OK. Product must meet or exceed the description provided during the solicitation phase. The requirement is for a no guaranteed minimum quantity and an estimated maximum quantity of 23,200 Each of Fiber Drum Lok-Rim, 67-Gallon. The solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of 750 employees. Approximate issue date for this solicitation is 12 May 2014 with an opening period of approximately 15 days from date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the websites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
