- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirement for submitting Volume I. In accordance with Section L, Subsection B, first paragraph (pg. 119), offerors are instructed to include in Volume I "the completed and signed RFP" with filled-in sections and the proposed prices for CLINS. O fferors are required to submit the entire government-provided solicitation with the appropriate sections completed.
