- Description
- HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to TECSYS, INC. for the ELITE Series Annual Maintenance and ELITE E.COM Software Support Warehouse & Inventory Management System for the period of June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015. The estimated cost is $ 143,000.00. The proposed contract action is for annual maintenance and support to existing software that HHS already owns. This is proprietary software used for warehouse and inventory management and is available on a sole source basis from TECSYS, INC., 1040 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10018. TECSYS is the sole provider for the maintenance and support. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 10:00 am EST, May 12, 2014. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
