- The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions for the Repair and Maintenance services of the Avaya/Nortel Telephone systems located various locations in Great Lakes, IL as required by the Commander Navy Region Mid-West, Great Lakes, IL. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811213. The size standard is $10.0M. The period of performance consists of a base period of five months with one twelve-month option period. The anticipated start date is 05 May 2014. This requirement is a 100% set-aside to small business. The solicitation number is N00189-14-T-0160. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
