- ***ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALL, DARRYL WRIGHT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, VIA e-mail: darryl.wright2.civ@mail.mil, or fax number 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. Request for written quotation for NOUN: Window, PRON: D14H5283D1, NSN: 5985-01-166-1905, PN: 10272598, Quantity: 15 each minimum / 115each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the Patriot System (D6). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Required delivery with quality verification testing is 15 each, 85 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Raytheon Company, CAGE Code: 05716, Atlantic Microwave Corp., CAGE Code: 28916, and Continental Microwave, CAGE Code: 66544 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
