Description

Repair and Maintenance of Oxford Equipment Solicitation N00421-14-T-0273 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed-Price basis and to solicit/negotiate the proposed purchase order on Sole Source basis with OXFORD Instruments America, Inc., under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The requirement is for repair and maintenance of INCA mics/x-stream//SEM Si(Li)///WAVE. Oxford Instruments America Inc. is the manufacturer and owns all proprietary rights on software and firmware of the INCA system. Please see attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 30 April 2014 at 0900 EST. The Government will not pay for any information received.
