- NSN 1680-01-602-7037; Piston Modification. Approved Source Parker-Hannifin Corporation P/N: 3833277-1. This is a sole source item. This procurement is a large Definite Quantity Solicitation for a quantity of 753 each. Item has Configuration Control requirement. Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per Critical Review Data. The Production requested delivery is 288 days. FOB is Origin; Inspection at Origin. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP.
